ikr, the ingots on the side in the bags are also tellurium, 5 kilos.
They were good with shipping, took less than a week in total, and I don't recall there being any tax (shipping is free over 99$ but you have to type in "freeshipping" or something as a coupon code in the checkout)
they give out free scratch cards with pruchases and you can get free items (most are like ~30$ in value but apparently the Rh and Ru ingots are still up for grabs)
