Hello anons a little help. In 2016 I had a small business that bought and sold BTC through pay-pal. It didn't last long because obviously I got ass-fucked by chargeback scams. Anyway I sold around $60,000 worth in 750 transactions on Paypal... well those fuckers just sent the 1099K to the IRS or the IRS just found it... anyway the IRS just sent me a notice saying I owe around $28,000 for my 2016 return. Can I amend my 2016 file and show my cost basis and not get ass raped further myself or do I have to get a tax lawyer to do it... please /biz a little help... do it because its not a LINK post.
