I had a black female boss that did this in healthcare IT (so slightly different verbiage). Anytime anyone asked her about something, as the department head for ~50 people, she'd just start roboting out PHI standards from her 2 week online certification.

Asked me how to login to our HMS software months into her tenure. Literally didn't have a user/pass setup for months, had to show her how to view and generate the reports we were having daily hour+ meetings for. Didn't know she could just click a tab and view the department's productivity/numbers, so she had everyone present their group's numbers for the day.

Pretty much broke me of all hope, interacting with affirm action hired technology inept boomers...and female office politics to boot. >Nice lady though, we carpooled.
