Transaction (well, checking I guess but nobody calls them that here) account has $4,397 AUD as of the moment. Savings account has just a touch over $20k AUD in it, which I guess is fuck all in real dollars at the moment.

I know I should be investing hard at the moment but the recent downturn made me realise how overexposed I was. Realised I need to get my shit together and have probably a year or two worth of expenses sorted, so I’m saving cash pretty hard at the moment. I did have $200k worth of crypto and another $100k worth of stocks and ETFs at the peak of the market but I didn’t cash out at all and I feel like a top tier idiot for not doing so. Now collectively it’s probably worth like $150k or so. I’m 26 and I don’t have a degree or own a house. Good god I need to get my shit together.

I made it out of 6 figure hell for literally about 5 hours last year.
I am now back into high 5 figure hell.
