What $GR14 and some other lawsuits have taught me is that we need Snede & Co to not be the majority shareholder. That means retail DRS BOOK plus insider holdings have to be a majority of shares outstanding. Once that happens, the GameStop board no longer has a fiduciary duty to let Snede & Co keep bullying the other registered shareholders of GME.
