Its on fidelity. You should be able to buy it on there during market hours. Might have to wait until your cash is settled. And you will have to pay an 50 dollar fee for each trade so make sure you buy a significant amount and make sure you are ready for a ride. Its a bio penny after all. But I have held for months and I think the worst is done.
