I'm 25yo and have no idea what I'm doing, I have no close family/friends to advise me if this is a good deal or a total ripoff.

>$21,000 -> $90,000 the past 2 years
I'm calling the realtor and taking a tour this Tuesday. I make $65,000 a year with $30,000ish saved up from crypto and silver/gold.
