Realistically, about how much am I worth to my company? I can't tell whether I am underpaid, but I feel overworked.

>on pace to do $2M net sales this year on about ~30% margin
>two owners work about 25 hours a week each, do ordering, scheduling, and payroll
>owners take home six figures
>I have no job title but they call me "store manager", "operations manager", "partner"
>work 35-50 hours a week behind the counter
>designed new shelf talker system, new employee training manual, hiring & product knowledge procedures
>data analysis, excel work on my free time to optimize ordering
>take in orders, manage inventory, trained a new employee on my own
>median rent for a 1 bedroom apt in my city is ~$1100
>I make $16/hr with no benefits, no sick leave, no paid time off, no equity
>haven't had a two day weekend in 2018
>26 year old college graduate

Am I significantly underpaid? Should I ask for a large raise? Equity? Salary?
