>A DAO is not recognized as a legal entity by ANY country, government or key org globally.
Not yet. There must be certain conditions that can be fulfilled to be considered it's own entity in international commerce.

>> that's why DAOs adopt companies to "represent" them.
Does it have to be that way round, though? What's stopping a DAO from representing a company? Put a charter, articles of incorporation, a virtual board, public policies, etc, on-chain. I've even seen a notarization mechanism on the xrpl hooks example - have the DAO members notarize whatever it is, and then generate an NFT representing ownership it, then stamp your papers or engrave the QR code onto the physical item to say that it's genuine. If Iridium can be considered a virtual country by the ITU, and the Knights of Malta can issue their own passports, there must be some legal mechanism where that level of sovereignty can be established. I wonder if the legality of it hasn't been debated from the right angle, it's still early days yet.

>every exchange and even tether will comply
Good thing the xrpl is decentralised then. Almost like it's a virtual country, like Iridium is.

building a communications network using radio frequency infrastructure
I like this idea but 300km is a bit puny, i'd like to see it happen on HF. Guess it would take multiple FT8 messages to do, though.

>I propose we make an XSG Agartha Breakaway Civilization.
Yeah, that's the improbable dream. XSG coin holders can have governance rights in the DAO, and we can finally use our billion xShasta to buy tendies. Would love to use a DAO as a vehicle for a breakaway civilization though.
