But they are. The undergraduate programs are much more competitive, the workload is heavier, the demands are more rigorous.

So if I were to pick a new hire with the same degree but one from UofT versus Ryerson, I know the UofT person can endure much more, has a much more diligent personality, and was willing to sacrifice more. That's the person I want.

Not some dipshit that knocked off the minimum requirements at York and coasted through 4-5 years doing little.
