I’m not even sure career roasties are getting laid, even the good looking ones.

I remember one Friday at 4:30 my 27 yo HR manager who wasn’t bad looking was dancing around at work because she was getting laid that night and it been months for her and a peer of mine who was like a 9/10 before she put in weight used to go home after her shift, take some adderal and play CoD till she fell asleep while on break with a fuckboy chad for months. He was seeing people and she was waiting for him to come back lol.

Have you ever noticed competent female bosses/peers get the same shit men do? I have a manager who is both very attractive and very competent, along with knowing systems inside and out and willing to do a 7/12 week to get shit done. She gets told she is too harsh in feedback and never really pushed for promotion

Other women bounce around the place like puppies talking and get promoted and expected to do no work, they are lucky to be at work on time and leave early and no one cares. It isn’t even looks, the hard working one is the best looking in this place
