I believe he puts more effort into preventing LUNC from pumping above 0001 than to prevent it from dumping. Most anons in LUNC general have been accumulating between 5 and 50 millions, but very few have more than 100 millions. The normal behavior of any coin is to pump after good news, and it happened briefly after the last vote, but as soon as it goes past 00012, some wallets sell billions of LUNC and the price drops instantly. On the opposite, as soon as the price goes under 0009, those wallets buy millions of LUNC and it stabilizes back at 0001.

So it brings the question, why 0001 and not above our below ? My theory is that
