Why the fuck exchanges like bitstamp take that much time to transfer money from bank, when stuff like binance is instant, what gives?

Their gov is being smart really. Chinese are a super fractious people. Their past is littered with literally endless civil wars and civil strife far more than any other "civilised" people. In the past they don't just have a short civil war they fight until their populace and country is desolated. Then 50-100 years or so later repeat.
I don't mind asians but I fucking hate the chinese, still the gov there obviously knows chinese history and that they will implode to 100m deaths over absolutely nothing. Thats why things are so severe over there..
