Hi, we are not commenting on this as a company right now but I will share with you the statement from her lawyer that we have been asked to share with anyone sharing related pictures or videos.

"In 2016, Ms. Khater, along with 21 other victims, sued the three men behind GirlsDoPorn.com (Michael Pratt, Matthew Wolfe and Ruben Andre Garcia) for fraud, coercion and misappropriation of likeness stemming from GirlsDoPorn's production of pornographic videos. After a 99 day trial, Ms. Khater prevailed. On January 2, 2020, Hon. Kevin Enright, issued that attached Statement of Decision detailing his findings.

On October 10, 2019, in the middle of the civil trial, the USDOJ filed a criminal complaint charging the three men behind GirlsDoPorn with sex trafficking. Not long later, a grand jury indicated them for sex trafficking and child pornography. The DOJ’s announcement of the charges can be found here. https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdca/pr/girlsdoporn-owners-and-employees-charged-sex-trafficking-conspiracy

18 U.S.C. 1591 defines sex trafficking as any person who knowingly "benefits, financially or by receiving anything of value” from a commercial sex act that was the product of "means of force, threats of force, fraud, coercion described in subsection (e)(2), or any combination of such means.” The images and videos depicting Ms. Khater published on your website were found to be obtained by coercion and fraud. By publishing them, and benefitting therefrom, you are in violation of 18 USC 1591.

In 2018, Congress passed FOSTA (Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act), which excludes sex trafficking from the immunity provided to third party websites under the Communications Decency Act.

18 U.S.C. 1595 creates a private right of action for any victim to sue anyone who violates Section 1591. Demand is hereby made that you immediately remove all depictions of Ms. Khater from your website immediately.
