This. I used to be a bellhop and swore off not to ever get a tip job ever again. Being nice to 100 motherfuckers only to get tipped well by only 8% of them and pretty much getting screwed or stiffed by everyone else isn't fucking worth the hustle. Conventions are the worst. They not only stiff you for bringing up 4-6 cartloads of presentation shit, the have the gall to claim on their company receipt they tipped me $20 then pocketed the extra $20 when they get back to the office. Boomer hasbeen bands suck too. Not only do they stiff you for literally being their roadie since they can't seem to afford one, they have the nerve to ask me if i have some spare weed i could spare
