I would stack whatever silver is cheapest. But it's not a bad idea to also get one of each coin in a capsule.
For the gold, just skip the (high premium) 1 gram pieces and get a 20F gold coin instead. Those are 5.8 grams of gold. You could also switch out the 10 g bars for sovs (7.32 grams of gold). That will be a lot more interesting than plain bars.

If you live outside of europe, then ebay is probably your best bet, or maybe one of those reddit or silver trading forums.
LCS in europe will typically have old junk from that country, of course. Really old 19th century stuff might be harder to find, but stuff like 1970's 50F Hercule coins are very common. Dealer price might not be as good as ebay though.
Some european websites also have various coins, for example try Acheter-Or-Argent.fr but the shipping costs will be very high if you live overseas. And also they only accept euro currency.

Yeah they don't trust that shit, good on them. And you know what else is funny? Allegedly some other african country has been using these old 10 and 20 francs silver coins as an alternative currency. An anon talked about it in one of last year's threads. He said they buy the coins in France and then take them back to their country and use them as currency. Ain't that some shit. How am I supposed to stack when they're siphoning away all the best junk silver.

1965 and earlier 5 francs coins were .835 grade silver, and contain 10.02 grams of silver each. Look it up yourself on numista.com if you doubt.
They also minted these even bigger .900 50 francs coins in the 70's.

You can probably use them, so long as what you're buying is <= 300 euros, and then you would get 200+ euros in change. But I don't even know where you would get such large bank notes. The ATMs only had out 50, 20, 10, and 5 euro notes. And there are no tellers in banks, they're all been replaced by ATMs for "security" reasons. So you get what the ATM gives you, and that's that. The only way I know of to get those 500 euros bank notes is maybe a place like Comptoir des Tuileries (www.cdt.fr) where you can exchange bank notes for other bank notes or currencies (but not precious metals, those you can only buy with credit/debit card or bank transfer). So basically there are no bills above 50 euros in circulation here.
Also that CDT place seems to have decent prices on "semeuse" coins (83.5% silver content), so I might swing by there next time I'm in the area. Unfortunately it seems like they're perpetually out of Hercules, and other shops are overpriced, so I'll probably never get any of those. I just got in too late, but oh well I'll just stack other stuff instead.
