If I were to write a cash covered put, do I still receive cash sweep interest on that cash?
For example:
>x = $10,000 receiving 3.5% interest from cash sweep.
>y = Write a put requiring $10,000 in collateral, giving a yield of 12% assuming the put expires worthless
Is expected return x + y (3.5% + 12%) or just y (12%)?
