This is just an observation, might not be true. I deleted my Instagram about 1 year ago and it's the best decision I ever made. I lost touch with some people which is unfortunate, but Instagram is a pathway to all sorts of terrible vices like lust, jealousy and sloth. It's poison. Also deleted my Facebook like 10 years ago and goes without saying, that was a really really good decision.
