Sure, it's been a while though. Basically, the book is all about time preference (ie a higher time preference means you save now to have more money or enjoyment later) is assaulted by an unsound currency. This means that people are less appreciative of good art and also people have less money to use to invest in good art. Because everyone will just spend their money since their currency may lose value tomorrow. It's a real interesting point but I think it rings true when you consider that we treat art as something to be consoomed vs something intrinsically valuable in itself.

My shitty company keeps encouraging people to use their pto. However I live in Colorado where pto can't be taken away. So if you leave they have to pay it out. How likely is it that layoffs are coming?
