I’ve been asked to apply for a very nice analyst open position for a client to my current financial services firm. I work with their firm every day and have done such a good job apparently the bosses boss wanted them to see if I would want to work for them.

The issue is I don’t have a college degree, I have a GED, and I’m not quite sure my current firm even really realizes that. I’m actually fairly scared to even submit a resume for this opportunity as it may bring that fact to light, as the client is very close to our firm and may bring it up in fact. While I did not necessarily lie on my original hiring application, I believe the fact that I don’t have a degree was actually quite overlooked.

It's almost as if I have to hide the fact that I'm a sexual being for whatever reason. I'm incapable of flirting/showing sexual interest because it feels "out of character" like I'm not being myself. And it's not like I think girls don't enjoy being flirted with, I see other guys flirting with girls and girls even enjoying it.

I have no problem with standard small talk and conversations. Anything beyond that is just alien territory to me though.
