Regardless what the image shows, if the source is lossless (png or other lossless format) you should ALWAYS save it to png rather than destroy the quality by converting it to a lossy format such as jpg. Or if the source is lossy but you've edited the pic and want to prevent further compression artifacts, in that case you also ALWAYS save as png.

Still reduces the quality and if you're saving it as 4:2:0 color then the color gets massively fucked up regardless of the quality setting for the jpg.

Only exception where you should even consider saving to jpg is if you need it the file to be under a certain filesize limit and png makes it too big, then and only then you can resort to using jpg.

Good question but non-sequitur post (the answer is because it's in their blood, btw, it's just what they are, they are ruiners). By making that post in this thread it looks like you're saying BTC going below 14k would be bad somehow. How would it be bad? The lower it goes the better because that means you can load up on more coins and tokens and it means the subsequent bullrun will be stronger and more poewerful.
