Wouldn't doubt it if Richard just straight up handed it to them for free because he sold all his lit tokens and is no longer the CEO of lition energy, just an advisor. The acquisition was the best and worst thing for lition because it admitted that the original team (if you can call 1 ceo and 2 interns that lol) bit off more than they can chew. BUT it ended up in the hands of a company that could actually follow through on the original vision of providing a GDPR compliant layer 2 solution for enterprise development. Its still going to be a bumpy road for Q1 and Q2 as tomo tries to integrate this tech but the fact they're handling it is pretty bullish. Vietnam Gov also put block chain development as the #1 priority for growth and investment on a list of what they focus on innovating. With the diplomas already secured, and main development team based in Vietnam I dont doubt that its just the beginning of a fruitful relationship

Windmills that lose subsidies in 2021 from German gov are gonna be put on the lition energy market to fund their operations. It takes a while for the kinks to be ironed out but with the connections these 2 companies have will be BEASTLY in 2021.

They were behind on transactions going live for 2020 but honestly that's not an issue considering that they didn't have a fucking mainnet till October. It's probably going to be more than that. I have speculated about this is in previous threads but I think Tomo had a deal lined up that required GDPR compliance. For that reason, they bought Lition. This makes me think it's going to be a very, very big deal. At least relative to the current size of Lition.
