I don't have to. I'm renting and I'm doing pretty well for myself. The rent is cheap, and instead of buying a house, I invest in real estate, infrastructure, mining. Doing so via the very convenient non-fungible equities of MNICorp. Smart idea. Even smarter of me to smell it out for what it is: a money printer. I will buy a house when I buy a house.
