Seriously, if this is "the top", where are you going to put your money instead? Cash, that's going to get dumped on with stimulus? Bonds, which not only yield no interest but also lock up your cash so you can't even buy the dips? Land and precious metals, which are illiquid and can be somewhat accessed via the equities market anyways? (real estate is a defensible choice DESU but kind of a high bar to entry and it'll take your spare time to maintain). The answer is that all but the last two are garbage, and most people outside /pmg/ would prefer not to have their entire net worth in land and gold. P/E of 30 for a blue chip is no problemo when interest rate is zero and staying zero.
