Bro, at 24 I was washing dishes with a degree at a restaurant. But it gave me the chance to learn under the best chefs in my region and I got to be a cook and live out my dreams of cooking before my family got tired of me "not using my potential" and drove me out of it and into some miserable (but lucrative) white collar job.

Learn how the company works, and most importantly, HOW TO TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES (i.e. stop fucking looking down at your job). This will be a necessary skill to have to have a thriving company when your time comes to lead a company.
