For context, we had 1 million cases in the first week of Dec, and we'll likely start seeing Thanksgiving travel cases at the mid or end of this week. More infections = higher % of lockdown or economic restrictions. Plus the negotiated stimulus is paltry, even if it does get passed. It's in Mitch's interest to stonewall Biden.
