Right now LTO is on the Leased-PoS system, so pic releated is how APY is calculated. The primary variables are network traffic and amount of LTO that is being staked. Ultimately however LTO plans to transition to Leased-Proof-of-Importance, in which case APY for passive stakers will fall (but by then the price will probably be double digits.)
