I think not paying back a loan intentionally is a criminal offense.

Corporations can reach near zero tax situations. For individuals that's virtually impossible. Countries or foreign banks don't even bother looking at you because they will not gain anything from you financially.

Look at it like this. A company makes 1 billion per year.

Ofcourse some shitty country will say '' be welcome and pay 1 % tax... because 1 % of one billion is still a lot''

If Mr jones comes along with 100K in assets they will say fuck off... because what is 1 % of 100K...........
