When I first invested in bitcoin my plan was to cash out into real estate and make it. But after learning so much about the financial system to help with my crypto trading I now realize that real estate is fucking boomer ponzi pumped up by low interest rates, Jewish bank loan sharks and Chinese money laundering. In a truly free market average real estate price stays around 3x annual income for the majority of human history. But now with central banking you see it go up past 10x annual income because central banks lend fake money to retail banks that lend to you so you'll pump up the price and buy more bags. Real estate is now highly overvalued, especially in capital cities that the chinks buy in. When real estate markets crash they are like crypto, they can go down 80% or more. Look at the Irish crash for something recent, so many "I made it!" potato niggers got rekt and then roped.
