I am most certainly not misinformed. The price action is the result of an emergency algorithm implemented the second the price ran up to $7 and it hasn't stopped since. There is only evidence of minor levels of dilution which occured to help BBBY make bond payments. The other half of the coin is the incessant amount of naked shorting and FTDs. The shorts are DESPERATE for dilution to bail them out and I don't think the holding of these warrants is a hostile short seller. It's all fud being spread to give credence to the bogus price action because you can't explain it otherwise. The shorts are dead and they are on life support. When they turn off the algos and allow real price discovery the price moves 15-25% DAILY and even went up 120% in a single day! That is what price discovery does to BBBY share price. They have to tamp it down and that is what they have been doing. And that is also why I keep buying. I can see it with my own two eyes that this is all fake.
Go watch Cramer's admission that this is one of the psychological tricks he would play to induce a negative sentiment in retail. Long, drawn out price declines is short hedge funds playbook101. I know the risks, and I know the game and I am more than happy to call the bluff. If the price wants to go to $7+ then I am slurping up free money and I really don't see much in the way of a bear thesis other than some phantom boogeyman of dilution that can't hurt us. It's all FAKE. A LOT of people who have the resolve will wagmi on this play and it is looking like a boiling pot of water ready to spill over.
