Optics. Politics is literally all about narrative shaping, public consciousness and public perception. Optics are extremely important, naming the Jew openly immediately throws you into nazi category in the minds of the public and good (but naive) people, those you want on your side, will literally fight you to the death even if you are doing the right thing.

It takes time to change perception, meanwhile keep resisting their efforts and their without naming them.
