Also lie if a customer takes it the wrong way, I had to work at a quick store for 3 months and every time something wouldnt scan I would hear, it must be free huhuhuh, so I would say I hear that all the time. If that same customer did it again, then I would release the loudest fakest laughter. They would usually shut up after that, but a few would try to tattle on me and of course I denied that I was mocking them and that is my actual laughter.
