Whether NEO will make it depends on the gov and it's role in China. Stuff like Ark of Chainlink is much more academic and away from realizations to say anything. NEO has a community right now and so I'm confident in it.

Was wird dein Exchange können, das andere nicht können. Ich seh grad keinen richtigen Grund warum es funktionieren würde - nicht zuletzt weil es nicht so viele Leute mit BTC gibt, und erst recht nicht mit alts.
Hier in Wien gibts einige hundert Postämter (die Bawak ist auch eine Bank), die zusammen mit Bitpanda BTC, ETH und DASH verkaufen, aber wenn ich mit den Angestellten spreche stelle ich fest, dass nichtmal die eine Ahnung haben was sie da verkaufen.

Ich schreibe nen Bittrex bot, wenn du was blockchain relatets coden willst kann man sie da was über legen (obwohl der tricky part die sell und buy conditions ist, nicht die API und das drum herum) und jenseits von currencies ist die NEO dev community sehr nice
