Anons I have $250K in stocks
Should I take out around $100K and buy a triplex to rent out? I already have a single family home that I live in.
I know rates are high and I would take a slight loss the first year cash to cash return but crunching the numbers is about 11.7% annual return for the length of the mortgage.
