I do sometimes, but not for every single one since there's just so many tickers you can buy/sell options on. One that comes to mind in this year would be NOK, pic related. NOK had a shit ton of activity of OTM calls when it was in the $4 range and then it had a meme spike to almost $10 during the GME frenzy. Another example would be all of the insane OTM calls on GME that have sporadically popped up on various days when GME fell back to $40. Then it had another meme spike to $200 and all of those OTM calls were all ITM.

Dark pools are private exchanges where large amounts of stocks or options can be bought or sold without vastly affecting the underlying stock. These sheets I post here are an example of dark pool call buys and sells for NOK today. I don't have an accurate percentage, but almost a majority of all stock and options are bought and sold via dark pools.
