I understand what i get out of increased stock value, i buy a stock for 10 bucks, it's value goes up, i sell and get the difference. Cool.
But what do companies get out of it? I imagine they cannot just sell their stocks like i would. So what's the benefit of increased stock values, just showcasing that the company is healthy and worth investing in?
