Wealth is basically going to be locked within the next 2-3 years, with very little social mobility possible after that. AI is going to make every white-collar job irrelevant, forcing everyone but the elite into blue-collar jobs, which will also be severely reduced by the end of the decade. Sure, the countries that can afford it will likely have some form of basic UBI, but it will be far below what people are used to.

Over the past year, I have relatively "made it", and am considering buying a property worth around $1.3 million USD. Don't know what sort of property I should buy though. I'm 32 and I'll probably retire before I hit 40 to live off of passive income. Not planning on getting married anytime soon, although once I get closer to 40 I might change my mind.
