If this board implemented flags, how much do you think shilling of shitcoins would drop?

Probably the biggest sell sign I've ever seen.

Wealth is basically going to be locked within the next 2-3 years, with very little social mobility possible after that. AI is going to make every white-collar job irrelevant, forcing everyone but the elite into blue-collar jobs, which will also be severely reduced by the end of the decade. Sure, the countries that can afford it will likely have some form of basic UBI, but it will be far below what people are used to.

Basically, what I'm saying is this next bull run is your last chance.

>get a remote job during the pandemic
>go from spending an hour in traffic, working eight hours, then spending another hour in traffic to working two hours a day, three if i'm busy
>actually get more work done, because i don't have to waste 80% on pointless socializing

Better yet if you get a boss that isn't obsessed with tracking you. I see all these tips about how to look like you're always online, but aside from the two hours I'm working, I just keep my phone by me while I sleep, play vidya, shitpost on 4chan, or whatever the hell else I want to do.

The best advice you'll ever see here: do whatever it takes to get a remote job. It's like cheating at life.

Over the past year, I have relatively "made it", and am considering buying a property worth around $1.3 million USD. Don't know what sort of property I should buy though. I'm 32 and I'll probably retire before I hit 40 to live off of passive income. Not planning on getting married anytime soon, although once I get closer to 40 I might change my mind. What would /biz/ do in my situation?

you wont get charged interest if you pay your balance every month.

the only way it's a "risk" for anyone is if they're too stupid to keep track of their spending.

honestly i'm glad dumb people like that exist, they subsidize my cashback rewards and points

Sadly, the huge percentage of women taking some kind of mind altering drug whether it's birth control or anti depressants, or both, really interferes with this fulfillment of basic female functions.

the only way someone can say this with a straight face is if they've never actually lived in a low-income high-density area.

of all the different people i've met in my life, at all the different jobs i've had and all the different places i've lived in, i've NEVER met a SINGLE person who lived in close proximity with working class people and didn't hate the experience.

and city planners always pitch these high-density pods as a way to reduce footprint AND price, so obviously well behaved professional-class people are not really the target audience in these kinds of city designs, but ironically they're the only ones who could actually live comfortably with others of their same social status.

idk how good these bootcamps actually are, i think there's no real replacement for a proper CS education.

my company hired a bootcamp developer and i had to mentor him for a few months. he knew the basic stuff from rote memorization but completely fell apart whenever he had to fix an issue that wasn't completely by the book. and it's that ability to think on your feet that truly sets apart an overseas code monkey from good engineers.

anyways i told my boss that he's not worth his salary and we let him go.
