Srsy, RE investor 19 years here. It's good to own your own home. It's one of THE indicators to personal wealth.
If you can rent cheap and invest the rest, go for it, but I like RE.
Own 13 condos in WA state, looking to buy a 14th in Alabama maybe.

Bought in '08 crash for 1/4th current value.
Tired of seeing memecoin-only threads, so this is a nice change.
