As someone who has had a job that involves reading CVs I can say for sure they are just good at bullshitting and don't actually care about anything they claim are their hobbies. Just like how they are good at passing tests but not particularily efficient at real world tasks they are min/maxing their text box. On a tangible note anyone who includes reading as a hobby on their CV regardless of race is actually less likely to read books and the concept is so alien to them that they think putting reading down as a hobby makes them sound intellectual. A lot of Asians treat every activity they have done in this manner and when you actually ask them what they do for most of their free time they are more boring than whites.
