With this being said, here is the break-down on NEX (Neon Exchange), a hyped NEO based DEX:

ICO Price: $1

-Each NEX will produce $0.05 per year when staked assuming the exchange pulls in $5M in 24H volume (implying $1 / NEX).
-Each NEX will produce $0.5 per year when staked assuming the exchange pulls in $50M in 24H volume (implying $10 / NEX).
-In other words - as long as this exchange is able to pull in at least $5M in daily volume, it will not fall below ICO price.

Current DEX's:
Switcheo - $100k (NEO DEX)
Fork Delta - $500k (ETH DEX)
IDEX - $2M (ETH DEX)

If neon exchange pulls off what it is saying it will, $5M a day would be a joke. On the up side, if this can pull in HALF of binance's current daily volume, each NEX will generate approximately $10 a year (implying $200 / NEX).
