Yes, I don't have a license, I never really liked cars before.
I live in Europe and I always preferred public transport, riding in the 1st class on a train is one of the most pleasurable experiences. Most of the cities I lived in also had trams. Busses are not as comfy, but definitely worth not needing the hassle of owning a car.
Though my tastes changed and I will probably be getting a car once I can afford something nice.
