I've had good and bad customers of all races. Perhaps it's true that certain groups are disproportionately good or bad, but someone's race should never stop you from giving people the benefit of the doubt.

Don't worsen the problem. Be the person who surprises someone else with your kindness.

What was your biggest loss?

For me it was buying Pernix Therapeutics in 2016 because some people here were posting about it. Lost 40-50% which was a little over $1,000 of what I'd put into it.
