Gorgeous weather year round. Best skiing in the free world is nearby. Major cities of Calgary and Vancouver 4-5 hours away if driving, but the drive is gorgeous through rockies and Canada rain forest. Summer lake country full of hotties. The Gook-tide from Hongcouver has not yet moved here yet so its mostly White people.

I've already bought land here and in a few years I'll be able to build my dream home and say fuck you to the rat race forever.

Actually, New York is the best. Stay there anons. We don't need you in Kelowna. Its actually, um, shitty here. Manhattan is way better. Yeah. Thats right.
