No need to manually harvest. It costs gas to do so because ETH needs to send the transaction to the contract. bAO automatically gets harvest whenever you stake/unstake LP. So you'll want to just wait until then so you're not double dipping on gas fees for no reason. Either add more to your stack or pull your stack out, but manually harvesting isn't worth it in most cases unless you really need that 5% right now.
