I had an order with Scottsdale Mint 30 days ago that never shipped. Today I my bank alerted me that they'd credited my account with the money I payed a month ago. Since I can't get a human on the phone at he mint, does this mean that they can't fulfill my order and just refunded my payment?

Am I in the clear to spend that money on other silver (and maybe some platinum)?
