I don't want to be offensive but there are many contradictions and self contradictions in Islam.
i fully believe that you come here in good faith and that a lot of Muslims are upstanding human beings and I see great value in your strong family structures and your willingness to submit to God.

There are Churches in your land, older than your Muhammedan faith. Consider joining one of the ancient Christian churches like the Melkites, Coptics, Arameans, Syriac or Chaldeans depending on your origin:
