it's not like that. there is a very long tail of useless shitty coders and a very skinny stack of good ones.

but you can't just magically become a good coder. you have to love it and be obsessive. 10,000 hours of hard practice on your passion/obsession will make you rich in any technical field.

but you have to develop a passion. unfortunately, most people have their passion ground out of them during 12 years of retarded schooling. then 4 more years of soulcrushing college.
