I didnt look at a town yet but I want a small house just outside a big city so I can enjoy both tranquility and everything a city has to offer.
As for passive income, I dont know since i'm going to try this in 10years so the world has the time to change a lot. I'm focusing right now in learning japanese and looking for goods silver / uranium stocks, we have two bull market to ride. Might be able to get enough money where passive income wont matter. Maybe just buying some rental house/appartments and renting these shit after geting them for almost free.
