why not just have paper wallets in a fireproof safe? or even a software wallet with your bip39 seed phrase backed up in steel?

So I want to order one of these bad boys straight from the official site ofcourse, but I have a problem that I live with my roommate who has no clue about any of my pretty substantial crypto holdings and I would like for it to stay that way

So how can I order one without it getting to my address? Can I temporarily rent a personal mailbox and for it to be delivered there? Or do I literally have to by physically present to sign once it arrives?

Are most anons just using Coinbase or Metamask for wallets? Anyone using a Nano Ledger S or other cold methods?

Some fairly large companies have been hacked recently (Target, Equifax). I dont trust keeping that online.
