The rectangular pieces are vodka tokens as well. Rusbro said they were very popular in the 00s-10s, they were put inside the bottles and part of the gimmick was the healthful antimicrobial properties of silver (when distilled Russian alcohol just isn't enough!) so hundreds of different "collectible" tokens were made. I saw a set of miniature replica historic Russian coins on eBay and they're pretty awesome desu.
